We want you to be completely satisfied with your SALONI purchase; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
